I heed the fall of land.
At the fingertips of the dark lord.
Shadowing the long horizons.
With the grim cold face of death.
Forever feel the breeze.
As he spreads his blizzard wings.
Tyrants rule the mountains.
Leaving us to suffer the cold.
This malevolence is infecting me.
Poisonous to my fellow man.
Ride the storm to the high up mountains.
To kill he who lives in the depths.
Dissonance.
The sorrow.
Cognizance.
The veracity.
Pain.
And the rise of winter.
The Emperor to the Dark Epoch.
The era of frozen tides.
Has come knocking onto our doors.
With the fall of leaves at winter.
The tyrant arises from the depths.
This malevolence is infecting me.
Poisonous to my fellow man.
Ride the storm to the high up mountains.
To kill he who lives in the depths.
Dissonance
The sorrow.
Cognizance.
The veracity.
Pain.
And the rise of winter.

I'm a big fan of The Faceless middle two albums and when I saw Lyle Cooper was on this album I knew I needed to check it out. I bought the discography almost instantly, reminds me a little of The Faceless and a bit more of Fallujah who I also adore. Well worth the money, Support these great Musicians! dragonslayer8228

Abigail Williams has had a weird career with hiatuses and lineup changes, but they have finally perfected their sound on Walk Beyond the Dark. This album has such a refreshing and natural feeling that makes it one of the top atmospheric black metal albums of recent years. Ryan
Finnish death metallers leaven infernal dynamics with triumphant, infectious melodies, striking a compelling balance between grit and grace. Bandcamp New & Notable Oct 25, 2023

The first 30 seconds of "Revenge by Fire" convinced me to get the whole album! It is a face-melting blend of speed and black metal, reminiscent of Hellripper! KVAEN is a Swedish solo project much like Hellripper but many known guest musicians helped J. Björnfot in his endeavor. Altogether it is really a solid debut album, I loved the melodies and the pace changes in the second half too, ending with a "calm" instrumental one. Well-done!! sachavonkarl74
